Introduction

The WebMeeting application is base on Internet and LAN high-tech of communication, wide applied. It can synchronal transmit the high quality voice and the color video quickly, you can face to face converse with remote family or friends by it.

How to use the WebMeeting

1. Button explanation

• Switch of sending video.

• Switch of sending audio

• Close the application.。

• Hide the interface。

• List Server button：to popup the directory services panel.

• Fast Dial button：to popup fast dial panel.

• Text Talk Button：to popup video converse panel.。

• System Options Button ：to popup system operation panel.

• Click the list server button to popup the directory services panel.
• Input the directory services IP.
• Click the "connect" button,you can connect with the directory services.
• You can find all friends who connect with the server in status list,doubleclick it you can connect with your friend.
• Click the "disconnect" button,you can disconnect with the directory services.

• Click the fast dial button to popup the fast dial panel.
• Input the target computer IP,Click the dial button,if respond，popup remote video and the video converse panel, conversing now.
• You can append your friend's add in address book.DoubleClick the record to dial.

• Click the text talk button to popup the text talk panel.
• Click the "local" button to display local window or close the local window.
• Click the "remote" button to display remote window or close the remote window.
• Click the "send" button to send text to remote computer.

From this panel to set the User Name, Nation, Province/State, About. If the Video setting is wrong, use the "Format", "Source", "Display" buttons to set the Video option. If the setting is right, these three buttons is disable.
